This page is for sales reps only. Admin-only actions (price override, reset progress, workflow override) are not covered here — contact your team lead if you need help with those.

Won and Quote on Solar Progress

While the job shows ⏳ In Progress, two buttons appear in the Solar Progress header: After you tap one, the badge shows ✓ Won or ✗ Quote.

Undo Won or Quote before you finish

If you tapped the wrong outcome by mistake, tap the small refresh icon next to the badge to reset back to In Progress. You can then choose again.

Finish Appointment

After Send Welcome Email, the app opens Finish Appointment. Choose Won or Quote again, then tap Confirm & Organize Files: Wait for Organizing files… to finish before leaving the property. You may have already tapped Won or Quote on Solar Progress earlier in the visit — Finish Appointment still runs the file organisation at the end.

Wrong price or need to redo a step?

Sales reps cannot change prices or reset workflow progress themselves. That is handled by admins. If pricing looks wrong or you need a step reset:

1. Note the customer name and address
2. Contact your team lead or office
3. Wait for them to fix it before presenting to the customer

Reports (Profile tab) — beta

Profile → Reports is available but still in beta. Numbers may not be accurate — do not rely on it for commissions or official performance reviews. For day-to-day stats, use the Dashboard tab (appointments sat, sales won, conversion rate). If you open Reports anyway, confirm when prompted. You will only see your own data — not other reps’.

What you will not see

Extra Profile buttons (opportunity management, admin panel, tools, and similar) are for admin users only. If you need a price change, step reset, or a missing appointment fixed, contact your team lead. Your Profile tab should show Reports and Logout only, plus your name and role.
