Won and Quote on Solar Progress
While the job shows ⏳ In Progress, two buttons appear in the Solar Progress header:| Button | Use when |
|---|---|
| Won | Customer is proceeding (see Hometree process for HT timing) |
| Quote | Customer wants a quote only — not proceeding today |
Undo Won or Quote before you finish
If you tapped the wrong outcome by mistake, tap the small refresh icon next to the badge to reset back to In Progress. You can then choose again.Finish Appointment
After Send Welcome Email, the app opens Finish Appointment. Choose Won or Quote again, then tap Confirm & Organize Files:| Outcome | Where files are saved |

Wrong price or need to redo a step?
Sales reps cannot change prices or reset workflow progress themselves. That is handled by admins. If pricing looks wrong or you need a step reset:- Note the customer name and address
- Contact your team lead or office
- Wait for them to fix it before presenting to the customer
