Log in

  1. Open the app link from your WhatsApp group: app.creativuk.co.uk
  2. Enter your username and password (shared with you privately)
  3. Tap Log In
You land on the Dashboard.
There is no Forgot password option. If you cannot log in or need your password reset, contact your team lead.

The four tabs

Use the bar at the bottom of the screen:

Admins see extra Profile options. As a sales rep, Profile should only show Reports and Logout besides your account details.Reports is in beta — figures may not be accurate yet. Use Dashboard for your monthly stats until Reports is fully released.

Starting an appointment

Open Appointments

Tap Appointments at the bottom. Expand Appointment Date Filter and tap This Week or This Month to see upcoming jobs — the list shows today only by default.

Select the customer

Tap the appointment for the property you are visiting.

Check the details

On Opportunity Details, confirm name, address, phone, and email are correct. Fix anything wrong with the customer before you continue.

Start Solar Progress

Tap Start Solar Progress (or Continue Solar Progress if you already started). Confirm in the popup with Start Progress or Continue Progress.

Work through Solar Progress

You are now on Solar Progress. Tap each step in order — the first step is usually Survey.

If you need to resume later

Go to Progress, find the customer, and tap the card. You return to Solar Progress at the current step.

Check appointments the day before

Before each visit, open Appointments, expand Appointment Date Filter, and tap This Week or This Month. Confirm your job is listed. If it is not there, contact your team lead — see Step-by-step guide.

Dashboard stats

The Dashboard shows for the current month:
  • Appointments Sat — how many appointments you sat
  • Sales Won — jobs marked Won
  • Conversion rate — won ÷ appointments
These update when you mark Won or Quote on a job.
